During my recent New Year's stay, I had a great experience at the hotel. the location was excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation options. the hotel offered a delicious breakfast, despite not having the advertised buffet. They allowed us to choose from their regular menu and we were able to have as much as we wanted. The food was definitely a highlight of our stay.
There were a couple of negative aspects that I experienced during my stay. the language barrier was a bit challenging as only a few staff members were able to communicate in English.

Our family recently stayed at a hotel in Shenzhen for a short business trip, and we found it to be a practical and convenient accommodation option. the location was ideal, with easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. the rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a well-maintained bathroom. the staff provided excellent service, even though only a few could communicate in English. the buffet breakfast was temporarily unavailable, but the hotel graciously allowed us to order from their regular menu, which offered a nice variety of delicious options.
The hotel's decor was heavily Chinese and had a slightly dark ambiance.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff were friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation. The breakfast, although not the advertised buffet, was delicious and we were allowed to choose from their regular menu, which gave us plenty of options. this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.

This hotel provided a luxurious experience with exclusive amenities such as a health club, indoor swimming pool, and spa centre. the restaurant menu offered special diet menus and in-room breakfast. the location advantage was the proximity to local transportation.
Although the decor was beautiful, some areas were quite dark. There were only a few staff who could communicate in English.
